  • GOOGLE MEET "BOMBING" REPORTING TOOL
  • How to report an incident on Google Meet or Zoom "bombing" or "crashing" in on one of your virtual class sessions. Use the "reporting tool" link to report an incident at the District level.

    • Google Meet/Zoom Meets Security- Many of you have reported issues around students bombing into online meetings or posting inappropriate things.  Please share these tools with staff.  All incidents need to be documented with this reporting tool and in synergy if appropriate.
      • All staff using google meet or zoom should know how to:
        • Mute participants
        • Limit access to meetings
        • Remove participants from meeting
        • Exit a meeting and end meeting
        • Have students use their PPS email.

    • When something does happen, just as during in class disruptions, here are resources to respond.  When incidents happen, it may be helpful to take a screenshot of the class to track who was present.   Please make sure to document these behaviors Inappropriate Online Class Behavior Reporting Tool and in synergy when appropriate. While school discipline may look different in CDL, a student who is harassing, making disparaging remarks or creating an unsafe environment needs reminders or expectations, or depending on how disruptive, removed from the class and referred to the office.  It is good to think through how that process happens in CDL.
