• 6-8 English Language Arts

In grades 6 through 8, students continue to develop their communication and literacy skills through deep and meaningful interaction with a wide variety of texts. The aim of language arts classes throughout middle school is to support students as they learn to navigate a world teeming with information. During these three years, students will write and read across genres, practice key critical thinking skills and communicate with peers, teachers and the broader community using traditional and multimedia tools.
