You need to request where you want your final transcript to be sent to.
The college that you will attending in the fall needs your final transcript with graduation date on it sent to it. Remember the list of colleges in your Naviance Student account: colleges menu > colleges I’m applying to?
You need to go into Naviance. Under "colleges I'm applying to" set your "college that I'm attending" to where you want your final transcript sent. If this process is not done, your college will not receive your final transcript!
Requesting a Transcript for Non-College Purposes
- Using your @student.pps.net account, fill out the Google form to request your transcript
- Allow two business days for processing
- Paper copies will be available for pick up in the Counseling office
Recent Graduates Needing A Transcript
If you need a transcript and have graduated from LHS over one school year ago, PPS Records Management can assist you.
If you are looking for a replacement diploma, contact Jostens.com to discuss a replacement. If they can assist you, they will ask you to get a sealed, official transcript from LHS via Records Management. You may contact the high school if you graduated within one school year or our Records Management department.
