All Board Audit Committee meetings are on a Thursday, unless otherwise indicated. Meetings are open to the public (up to the capacity of the meeting space) and are streamed live on the Board's YouTube Page.

The Portland Public Schools Board of Education Audit Committee includes two ex-officio community member positions.

The time commitment is two to six hours a month. Audit, financial, systems management, and operational experience as well as a commitment to public education is desirable, although not required. If you are interested and would like to apply, please submit a letter of interest and resume to Janise Hansen at jhansen@pps.net.
