2020 Bond Roof Projects 

The 2020 PPS School Improvement Bond provided $65,700,000 to address PPS roofing needs that are currently critical or will become critical over the next several years. Roof replacements often include ancillary scope of work including roof level seismic improvements, additional building insulation, replacing outdated rooftop equipment, and other upgrades.

Ainsworth Annex Completed 2022
Roof/Seismic w/ Fall Protection - Partial re-roof of the school building. Work included replacing skylights, flashings and sheet metal, with seismic upgrades including parapet bracing, strengthening roof decks and improving roof to wall connection. All portions of the roof will have OSHA -compliant fall protection equipment incorporated into the final design.

Ceasar Chavez Completed 2022


Roof/Seismic w/ Fall Protection - Partial re-roof of the school building. Work included replacing skylights, flashings and sheet metal, with seismic upgrades including parapet bracing, strengthening roof decks and improving roof to wall connection. All portions of the roof will have OSHA -compliant fall protection equipment incorporated into the final design.

Work included replacing skylights, flashings and sheet metal, with seismic upgrades including parapet bracing, strengthening roof decks and improving roof to wall connection. All portions of the roof will have OSHA -compliant fall protection equipment incorporated into the final design.
