About CTP

The Community Transition Program (CTP) serves students who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP), and completed at least 4 years of high school to obtain one of the following:

• Modified diploma
• Extended diploma
• Certificate of attendance

The purpose of the program is to support young adults in their transition to life after high school. Our key focus is to help students achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life with an emphasis on linking students to appropriate community and adult services. Our students learn valuable self-advocacy skills and form meaningful relationships.
