FACE Engagement Zones

FACE Engagement Zones are a new way we’re organizing family and community engagement support across the district. Each zone brings together a consistent group of FACE staff who are aligned to specific schools and communities, allowing for stronger relationships, clearer communication, and more responsive support.

 

Over time, this structure will also allow FACE to better understand community contexts, strengthen partnerships, and tailor engagement strategies to the unique needs of each zone.

 

Our goal is simple: to create a more proactive, connected, and reliable system of support for schools, families, and communities.
