Innovation Dashboard

A well-designed dashboard gives an organization a clear view of what’s working – and what’s not. 

That can be a powerful tool in the day-to-day functioning of a school community. Our Innovation dashboard gives teams success metrics, lessons learned, and other key signals, such as when it is time to scale. 

PPS staff will use the Innovation Dashboard to find projects that are similar in scope and learn from the successes and opportunity areas of growth for each project. What’s more, this tool will be used to help our entire system better understand its actions and efforts to improve outcomes.
