PPS staff have access to comprehensive, asynchronous learning materials to build important skills. The digital materials include “micro-learnings” on topics ranging from understanding the fundamentals of design and design teams, to the importance of onboarding, to use cases for design teams. The Innovation Studio also maintains a library of research-based best practices and educational trends to support the implementation of innovation projects.
