Multilingual Service | Description |

School Community Events | CAs leverage relationships to engage families in school events and initiatives (food/clothing drives, cultural events, after school programs, etc.) |
Parent-Teacher Conferences | November PTC conferences. Availability is very limited. Submit a request as soon as possible. |
IEP Meetings | CAs are instrumental to successful IEP meetings by supporting consecutive sessions, being a familiar face for the parents, and following the history of the student/family involved. |
| Principal Coffee | CAs support recurring principal coffee meetings virtually or in-person at school sites |
District Outreach | CAs support various district projects (surveys, summer programs, temporary school support, etc...) |
Small Interpretation/Translation Jobs | For brief, direct communication from educator to a family/families. For example, a classroom teacher would like to communicate class schedule to a student's parent/guardian. CA will relay the information to the parent. CAs do not perform large translations. Please refer to LAS for translation services. |
