CA Request Form FAQ

What are CA Hours?

CA contract hours are 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 192-day calendar.

How quickly can I request a CA to come to my building?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to properly schedule the CA. We make every effort to respond quickly and efficiently.

What if I need help right away?

Emergency language support needs outside of CA availability may be submitted directly to Language Access Services.

Can I contact CAs directly?

Yes, families and staff may reach CAs directly, but we ask that requests also be submitted through the CA request form. Using the form helps the District keep accurate records of the needs of our schools and families, as well as the level of service that our CAs provide.
