Nutrition Services kitchens are licensed food facilities. It is critical for anyone using them to follow the rules around safety, cleanliness and liability. To use the kitchen outside of meal service times, a Civic Use of Building (CUB) request must be submitted.

The CUB request request helps:

• Keep the space safe for everyone
• Ensures sanitation standards are met
• Protects the renter and the district
