Identification Badges
All requests for staff ID badge changes and replacements must be routed through IT's support portal.

Response times vary. Please allow 3-4 days for the initial response.
The following situations are examples of when a new badge will be issued:

Lost badges -

An attempt must be made to find the lost badge before Security will replace. Please notify security immediately to pause access permissions while you search for the badge.

Cards replaced more often than every 3 years may be subject to a replacement fee

Stolen badge

Name change -- old badge must be surrendered. Request must note current and previous name.

Broken badge -- must be surrendered at time of reissue
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive a new card if you are requesting a replacement card.
Location change requests may take up to 5 days to take effect.
