Identification Badges
- Replacing a lost or stolen access card.
- Turning off a lost access card.
- Adding or deleting access to school(s) or site(s).

The following situations are examples of when a new badge will be issued:

Name change -- old badge must be surrendered

Broken badge -- must be surrendered at time of reissue

Expired and reissue is necessary -- old badge must be surrendered

Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your card if you are requesting a replacement card.
Please allow 3-5 business days if you are requesting a location change to your existing ID.
