    Course Guide & Forecasting

We produce our annual Course Guide in February. You are encouraged to attend the annual Forecasting Fair in the spring to hear more about elective classes you are interested in taking the next school year. Later you will submit a forecasting form (signed by a parent/guardian) listing your preferred and alternate courses to the Counseling Center. Next, counselors meet with every student to review their course selections to ensure they are properly aligned to the student's level and keeps them on track to graduate.

Requesting a Transcript for College Admission

Seniors, after you attend a College Application Workshop during flex with your counselor in the fall you will know the procedures for a transcript request. Remember that you create a list of colleges in your Naviance Student account: colleges menu > colleges I’m applying to. Next, you will bring a signed, blue Transcript Request Form to the Counseling Center. Your signature allows us to electronically submit your transcripts to the colleges in your Naviance list. The "blue form" as the Transcript Request Form is commonly called, may also be used to request a letter of recommendation or Secondary School Report from a counselor.

Requesting a Transcript for Non-College Purposes

    • Using your @student.pps.net account, fill out the Google form to request your transcript
    • Allow two business days for processing
    • Paper copies will be available for pick up in the Counseling office

    Recent Graduates Needing A Transcript

If you need a transcript and have graduated from LHS over one school year ago, PPS Records Management can assist you.

    Replacement Diploma

If you are looking for a replacement diploma, contact Jostens.com to discuss a replacement. If they can assist you, they will ask you to get a sealed, official transcript from LHS via Records Management. You may contact the high school if you graduated within one school year or our Records Management department.
