FHS Gives Back started Friday: As we enter into the holiday season, we start a tradition called FHS Gives Back. Franklin will sponsor around a dozen of our own families who are in need of a little extra support for the holidays. It kicks off with an assembly (Nov. 9) and runs until December 7th. Student leadership (ASB) will be collecting the following items to deliver to the families:

    • Non-perishable food
    • Clothes
    • New or lightly used toys
    • Toiletries
    • Money

They will place bins in the main hallway sorted by grade. Please bring in items or send them in with your students. There will also be a "Giving Tree" on Sorena's desk (she does attendance and sits at the back of the main office) where you can grab an ornament with a gift idea for one of the families and make a purchase.  Please tape the ornament onto the gift and leave it in teacher Marc Appell’s box or bring it to him in room SS-014.
