Rayne Walter-Young has been teaching at Ida B. Wells for five years as of this writing. Her passion for mathematics is obvious as she guides students through her geometry and algebra. She is the advisor for the Native Student Union. When not teaching, she is raising her children, watching Keanu Reeves movies, and getting outdoors whenever she's able. In the wise words of Reeves, Walter-Young thinks that everyone should, “Be excellent to each other.”
