April 9th - Dear Harrison Park Families,
       While the physical doors to Oregon’s education buildings remain closed . . . . . .
April 2nd - Greetings Harrison Park families!
Teachers and staff have been working hard this past week preparing for our new HP Home Based Distance Learning

April 9th  cont. ---  our Home Based Distance Learning classes are set up and teachers and staff are eager to make contact with all our students and families.  Devices are no longer being distributed at Franklin Highschool. We will send out updated information as soon as we have it. Students can continue their education by connecting with their new SEESAW or Google classroom. Those who do not have Wifi access or a device yet, can pick up packets of work at the food distribution sites.  The school year may look and feel different but it is continuing and we are here for you. Know this is a huge amount of learning for everyone, we are here to support you and we ask for you to be patient with us. Teachers will be calling using the REMIND APP.  which may show as an unknown number.

If you have not heard from your child’s teacher or a Harrison Park staff member this week please contact us. HP - (503) 916-5700 Harrison Park

    Thank you!

April 2nd   cont.  --- There is a lot of learning for us to do! I want you to know that we are all missing our students and are sad we are not able to see you right now. However, we have to look at the positives. We will see each other again and through our Google Classrooms and SeeSaw we can interact even from home. We hope you are able to adjust to this new way of learning and make growth in new ways. Find something to be thankful for each day. I spend time looking back every day on the memories I have created with my Bulldogs and know we will make more in the future. Next week, April 6-10 is a ¨soft start¨ week. Our goal is to have students and teachers practicing the new online format. The following week, April 13th all our classes will be fully up and running.

    Stay well!
