    4. Greater sense of belonging

    5. Increased feelings of gratitude

    6. Better concentration and improved results

    7. Less bullying

    8. Reduced depression

Join us in focusing on kindness all month long!

Immunization Exclusion Day -February 19, 2020

Families will have received a 2nd letter from the district if your student is not updated with their vaccinations. Please ensure your children's shots are complete or they will not be able to attend school as of February 19th. There are Student Based Health Centers that provide free immunizations should you need them. Flyers are posted on the board at the entry to the school. Feel free to contact Pamela in the Health Room if you have questions or concerns.

    Messages from Your Kelly PTA

Here are some announcements from the Kelly PTA. Don't forget to join us at our next meeting. Mark your calendar for March 19th at 5:45 in the library.

    • Get your Kelly Cougars T-Shirts! The PTA has set up a fundraiser for you to get your own Kelly Cougar T-shirts! Show your school spirit and help the PTA as we work to support students, teachers, and the greater Kelly Community. Follow this link to order your very own shirt: https://www.customink.com/fundraising/kelly-elementary-t-shirts. Shirts will be available for order during February and shipped mid-March. If you have any questions, please contact Megan Henson (PTA Secretary) at clintonkellypta@gmail.com.

    • Become a PTA Community Business Partner! Are you a local business owner? Do you work for a local business? Your PTA is looking for Community Business Partners to join us in supporting our school community. We have 22 classrooms, so our goal for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year is to find at least 22 local businesses to jump on board and support the programs and community here at Kelly Elementary School. By becoming a Kelly PTA Community Business Partner, you not only support our hardworking, exceptional teachers, administration, and staff in what they’re already doing, but you join with us to provide opportunities to build community within and around the school. You will also gain visibility and learn about inspiring new ways to make connections. When we have you as a business partner, we also would love to promote your business by listing you as a business partner in our publications, meetings, as well as in our social media and website updates. There are multiple levels at which you can participate, and we need businesses at all levels! If you’re not a business, please share this opportunity with businesses you know. You also can be a partner (donor) if you’re not a business! If you are interested in more information, please reach out to Megan Henson (PTA Secretary) at clintonkellypta@gmail.com using the subject line: Community Business Partner.
