REMINDER: No School Friday, April 9 for a Teacher Planning Day
Thank you for reaching out and staying connected during this time of change. It was so nice to see so many families at our hybrid info session this past Wednesday. Resources from that information session are shared below. We are excited to transition to our new schedule on Monday, April 5. At this point, teachers should have shared schedules with you. If you have not received a schedule or know what to expect on Monday, please reach out to your student’s teacher.
Hybrid Resources - what to expect for safety protocols, arrival and dismissal for the school day
CDL and Hybrid Student Schedules
Teachers have shared schedules with families this week for both AM CDL cohorts and any AM or PM Hybrid cohorts. This schedule should include any ESL service, Special Education service, Speech service or Reading intervention service. Please contact your child’s teacher if you have not received the schedule. Wednesday is an asynchronous learning day, unless your child is scheduled to attend a small group with a specialist. Questions? Contact your child’s teacher via email or Remind.
Food Pantry Update
Because we have students returning to school in a hybrid model and we want to ensure we are able to follow and maintain COVID safety protocols, we are moving the Kelly Food Pantry to Wednedsays. The Kelly Food Pantry has new hours beginning Wednesday, April 7, 2-3 p.m.
- Material distribution: We will resume on April 7, 9am-12pm and 1-4pm
- Chromebooks and Hot Spots - if you need to exchange or pick up a device, please call the school to arrange a time to do this or come on Wednesdays, between 9a.m. and 12p.m. to do so.
- Let’s Get Reading Schedule: We will resume on April 7; All Students Last Names from 9-12 and 1-4
