Another great option if your student likes to dance is to search "Just Dance Kids" on youtube.com and look up some of their favorite songs for them to dance along with. Finally, you can get out and take a walk together, jump rope, ride bikes or scooters (with a helmet!), go for a hike, or create a hopscotch game with sidewalk chalk.
