If a parent, teacher, or student wants to nominate someone/themself for TAG identification they need to email the school’s TAG Facilitator. Facilitator names and email addresses are available on the Parent tab of the TAG website.
When the TAG Facilitator receives an email that someone wants to nominate a student, the facilitator goes into the shared nomination folder for their school and sends the parent nomination form to the parent, the teacher form to the student’s teacher, and the facilitator form to themself. In order to send the form, open the form that is labelled as having the language you want to use. Once it is opened, click “Send” in the upper right hand corner of the page. This will open a box where you enter the email address of the person you want to send the form to. Please make sure to put the name of the student who is being nominated in the “Message” line of the “Send Form” dialogue box.
