Ida B. Wells High School
Student and Family News
March 15, 2021
Dear Ida B. Wells HS Students and Families,
We are planning in earnest for Hybrid learning to begin during the week of April 19. Earlier today I walked around the building to make sure that all our classrooms have been reconfigured to meet the physical distancing requirements. The district is providing all classrooms with air-purifiers as well and we are eagerly awaiting the release of the updated ODE and OHA guidelines. District leaders are getting close to finalizing the Hybrid schedule for high school students and you can expect to receive a learning preference survey later this week. Please complete the survey as quickly as you can as this will further assist us with our planning. Please also join us at this week’s PTA meeting on Thursday night. I expect to have a few more updates by then. You can find the Zoom call information below and on our master calendar on our website.
Filip Hristic, Ida B. Wells HS Principal

During the meeting, we’ll be playing games and doing different activities with the hope that whenever we return to the building, our freshpeople will feel more at home. This month's meeting will be very similar to the first one we held last month, so if you weren’t able to attend last month, no problem. The event will be on Wednesday, March 17th at 12:40 pm.
