Student and Family News, June 166/16/2021
Dear IBW Students and Families,
Thank you to the IBW Boosters for organizing our end of the year staff BBQ on Monday. After more than a year and half, it was wonderful for our staff to finally all come together to celebrate the end of this school year and to say good-bye to some of our staff who are retiring or moving to new adventures. Thank you, IBW Boosters, for the delicious food and the new staff t-shirts!
This final edition of the Student and Family News for the 2020-2021 includes news about summer opportunities and some information to get you thinking about the 2021-2022 school year. You can check our website throughout the summer for any updates we may have to share about the upcoming year.
I hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful summer. Even though I am looking forward to a little break, I am excited to see everyone back in person September 1st!

FamilyID is now open for 2021 Fall Registrations https://www.familyid.com/programs/2021-fall-sports-registration-14. Payment on SchoolPay will open on July 1. Fall sports are Football, Soccer, Cross Country, Volleyball, Cheer and Dance. We can not stress enough the importance of early registration. Coaches and the Athletic Department use FamilyID registrations to be in touch with families about summer opportunities and physical expiration dates, etc. If you don't register, we don't know you are planning to participate.
And speaking of physicals, summer months are a really good time to get physicals completed. Remember that physicals are only good for 2 years and athletes MUST have a valid physical on file to participate in practices. This is super important for any of our cut-sports such as soccer.
For information about no-cost Sports Physicals happening at specific Multnomah County Student Health Centers the week of August 7-11, see this flyer for more information Sports Physicals at Mult. Co.
