Hispanic Cultural Heritage Assembly

Culinary students were “hired” to cater the food for the Hispanic Cultural Heritage Assembly held by the Latinx Club. There were 150 students, staff and guests in attendance. Students learned about traditional cultural food (guest chef), menu development, supplies, recipes and delegating work. Additionally, students learned how to communicate with the client.
