In service to our scholars and community, we will put our scholars at the center of all of our decision-making and create a brave and inclusive space for scholars and adults that is joyful, safe, full of love, and supportive in helping them achieve their goals.  As a learning community, we are committed to being reflective and dismantling oppressive systems that create academic gaps and other disparities in our scholars’ communities.  As part of this work, we will deepen our commitment to collaboration, rigorous instruction design, and the implementation of culturally sustaining practices so that our community can flourish.
