Hello Everyone!  My name is Monique Shellmire, aka Ms. Mo, and I am the new SEI/Beach SUN Community School Site Manager. I am a Portland native who grew up in NE Portland where I graduated from Grant High School and after, attended University of Oregon where I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. I have been working with SEI for the past 6 years and for the last 5 years I was an In-School Coordinator at Ockley Green Middle School. I have a passion for contributing to making our community stronger and bridging cultural and racial gaps. I am looking forward to getting to know and working with each and every one of you this school year!
