Online Workshops for Incoming 9th Grade Athletes and Families
We've scheduled two online workshops for incoming 9th grade students and their parents or guardians who are interested in participating in athletics. These are optional, but are a great way to meet others who will be joining the Benson athletics community next fall! These workshops are led by PIL partner Positive Coaching Alliance. Interested in Playing Boys Volleyball at Benson?
Benson would like to offer boys volleyball if there is enough interest. Since this is an emerging OSAA sport, the deadline to register is earlier than other spring sports. We need to register the team with the state by February 3rd. For this reason, please register for boys volleyball by Thursday, 1/30, so we know if we have enough interest to form a team.

- Last day to be registered and fully cleared: 3/21

Basketball Spectator Reminders
- Tickets to the varsity contests are required. The cost is $5 for students (with student ID) and $7 for adults. The ticket booth opens one hour before the varsity game tips off.
- Please remember backpacks are not allowed in the gyms and the rest of the building is closed during games.
- We have an awesome concession stand, so come to the games hungry! This is a great fundraiser for our Benson Tech programs, so we appreciate your support. Outside food or drink is not allowed.
Benson Tech girls basketball takes on the Nelson Hawks on Friday night at 6:30! Last time our two teams matched up, Benson Tech ended the Hawks' season in the second round of the state playoffs at Marshall Campus. Come watch the biggest basketball matchup of the night!
