What to do if your student lost a book.

  • If your student lost their book, there are a couple options. 

    First, you can find a new or gently-used copy of the book and send it in with your student. It is best to let me know it is coming in as a replacement so I can keep an eye out for it. I can be reached by email at kreese1@pps.net

    Second, a lost book will show up in your student's SchoolPay account. You can pay for it there but please let me know so I can make sure the book is taken off your student's account.

    Third, if neither of these options is possible, please contact me and let me know. I realize not every family has the means to replace lost books. If they become an ongoing issue, we can have your student keep them at school in a mailbox or book box for reading during free time. 

    The important piece is communication. Please email me and we can take care of the lost books so your student can check out again!
