When a student is absent from school, we ask that parents contact the school office one of two ways:
1. Call our Attendance Line - 503-916-6221. This is a 24 hour attendance line and you can leave a message letting us know that your child will be absent from school. In the message, please leave a brief message that includes your child's name, your name, the date of their absence, and the reason for absence (illness, appointment, vacation).
2. Send a note when your student returns (to the main office, not the teacher), or send in a note ahead of time to the main office if you know your student will be absent (for example, a family trip out of town for a few days).
