• Portland Public Schools is in the process of digitizing all student records. Chapman has had all student records digitized at this time. Copies are no longer available directly from the school; they must be ordered from the Records Management Department. 
     
    Information on ordering student records is available at the Records Management page. You can use the online student records request form to make a request. Records Management can be contacted via email at records@pps.net if you have difficulty with the form or have other questions. 
     
    If you want to contact a student's former teachet, you may email them directly or leave a message for them with the front office. Please note, most teachers do not have the opportunity to review email or make/receive phone calls during the school day.
