Hosford Engaged & Active Teens (HEAT) is a partnership of Hosford Middle School and the Hosford PTSA to offer fun and engaging before & after school activities to Hosford students. The class line-up changes from term to term based on student interest and instructor availability.

The Fall 2020 HEAT line-up is an abbreviated but robust offering of activities to keep students engaged in this time of staying at home. This thoughtful line up is made up of classes that translate well to virtual meetings while enriching the student experience.

Classes include Yoga, Creative Writing, Cooking, Makers Club, Math Club, Speech & Debate, Fundamentals of 2D Art, Chess Club and NeoGeography Club.

All classes will take place virtually via Google Meet. Students will be informed of the class meeting code before the 1st class meeting. Classes begin the week of October 5 (except 2D Art  and NeoGeography which begin Friday, Oct 16.)
