    • Wed, NOV 27th ~ Fri, NOV 29th: NO SCHOOL for Fall Break

    • Tue, DEC 3rd: DELAYED START for Students at 9:30AM due to monthly Staff Meeting

    Dear West Sylvan Families,

    We are finishing up our Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences on Monday and Tuesday next week while our Scholars are not in school. We wish all of our families a safe and peaceful week together, and we will look forward to having our Scholars back with us on Monday, December 2nd.

    If you have not heard from a particular Educator, and you need a conference to support your Scholar, please contact the Educator via email. Educators will prioritize meetings with families of students who are in need of more intervention and support first (low/failing grades, poor attendance, behavioral struggles in class, etc.), and then will offer appointments to remaining families once all families of students needing intervention support have been offered. The days and times that we will hold conferences are listed below, and each Educator will offer time slots based on their student roster.

    Communications related to the upcoming school year will continue to come from both our West Sylvan and PPS district team with regular updates, weekly or bi-weekly.
