Celebrating Black History Through Books
While Black History month is officially in February, we can and should continue to celebrate the gifts black americans have bestowed upon our nation throughout the year. We can enrich our lives and the lives of our children daily by honoring different experiences and viewpoints. One of the easiest ways to get started is through children's books. These are a just a few of the many wonderful children's books you might consider checking out from the library, purchasing for your home collection or purchasing for donation to the library. Shop via the links to Amazon below and you'll support our PTA with your purchases.
