  • Student Password Help

If your student has forgotten their password to access district resources (this would be their password used to sign in to Chromebooks and Google applications), we suggest they first start by answering their security questions in the Password Manager application in the PPS Student Portal. Students can navigate to this portal using the web address https://sites.google.com/apps4pps.net/portal/pps-student-portal and then looking for the Password Manager icon (the image is a key).

If students are unable to reset their password using the Password Manager, their parent/guardian will need to fill out a request with Beaumont to have a staff member manually reset their password. Fill out Beaumont Student Password Reset Request Form. It is essential that the parent/guardian filling out the form use their email currently on their student registration form so that our staff can verify your identify against our records (this is the email account from where you normally receive school and district emails). Once we are able to verify your identity, we will email you back with the reset password information.

Thank you for your patience as we may have a number of requests to get to each day.
  • Student Absences

Please arrange student absences through our attendance office (John McMahan & Debbie Mettler) either by phone at 503-916-5610 or by email at jmcmahan@pps.net & dmettler@pps.net.
John & Debbie need the following information to ensure accuracy: Spelling of student's name or ID#, reason for absence, and a phone number at which you can be reached.
If you are calling during school hours and reach voicemail, it is because we are on another line or helping a parent or student. All messages will be picked up promptly.
For an early dismissal, please allow extra time for your student to be located and dismissed from class. Please note that it is not always possible to dismiss a student during the last 15 minutes of class. It is highly recommended to send a note with your student so they can be checked in or out in a timely manner.
All absences and tardies must be excused within three school days.
