    2025/2026 Kindergarten Registration opens March 1, 2025

    Register for Kindergarten online.

    KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION CHECKLIST

    Please provide the following pieces of information to complete the registration process for your child:

    • Completed School Registration Form - available at the school or online at the Portland Public School website: https://www.pps.net/Page/2899

    • Immunization Records - Please transfer your records to the attached form, and sign and date it.

    • Birth Certificate or Passport - for birth date verification.

    • Proof of Address-Two Documents - Examples include utility bill, cell phone bill, rental agreement, bank statement, insurance statement, or mortgage statement. All must be recent and have the parent or guardian’s name listed.

    • Vision & Dental Screening Form - For any child age 7 or younger.

  • Registration for 2025-26 Kindergarten will open February 28, 2025!

  • Enroll Online

    You can register online if ALL of the following apply:

    • Your child is NEW to PPS
    • Your students did NOT attend a PPS Pre-K locations: Boise-Eliot/Humboldt, Clarendon, Creston Annex, Dr. MLK Jr, Faubion, Grout, Jason Lee, Kelly, Marysville, Lent, Rosa Parks, Sacajawea, Sitton, Whitman, Woodlawn
    • Your student does NOT have an IFSP and did NOT receive services from Multnomah Early Childhood Program (MECP)
    • You are enrolling your child in your neighborhood school and NOT a CBO/Charter
    • You have an email address and access to a computer

    May 20, 2025 - 4:30-5:30pm

    Join us for Connect to Kindergarten to learn what next year has in store for your rising Kindergartner! You'll be able to meet the Principal and Kindergarten teachers and check out the Kindergarten classrooms. Next, you'll head out through the building on a fun scavenger hunt.
