10th Annual ACCESS Auction & Skate Night: Saturday, May 2nd, 2020

  • Join us on Saturday May 2nd, 2020 for our 10th Annual ACCESS Academy Silent and Live Auction and student skating event.
Tickets will go on sale February 1st, 2020.

The ACCESS Foundation's primary fundraiser, this year's 10th Annual Auction and Skate Night at Oaks Park will be Saturday, May 2, 2020. It's never too early to gather donations.  While you are out and about ask your friends and professional contacts to donate a gift certificate or item to our auction.  This is an easy way to support the fundraiser and everyone can participate.

All donations, sponsorships, and items for the auction are due Friday, April 3rd, 2020.

If you are a crafter, jeweler, baker, chef, vacation beach or cabin homeowner, gardener, handy man(woman), vet, physician, party organizer or ??? We would love to have a donation from you!!!

Fill out the online donation form at: www.accessauction2020.com (look for the "donate" button at the top). (Link coming)

Sponsorships both large and small get us closer to our goal. Employers, local businesses or organizations you are personally connected with are great places to look for sponsors.

    Proton Sponsor: $250

    Electron Sponsor: $500

    Atom Sponsor: $1,000

    Molecule Sponsor: $2,000

For more information about becoming a sponsor, please contact us at AccessAcademyAuction@gmail.com

Food at the auction is done community style, with everyone bringing a dish. This keeps costs down and enables us to raise more $$$ for the school (plus the food is AMAZING!) To sign up to bring food to the auction, go here ((Link coming)):

Don't forget to check:  Does Your Company Provide Matching Donations?

When checking with your employer, look for All Hands Raised. Since the ACCESS Academy Foundation is under the umbrella of the All Hands Raised 501 (c) 3, it is not listed as ACCESS Academy. Your matching gift would go to All Hands Raised and then be assigned to the ACCESS Academy account once it is received.

It takes a village to pull off a successful auction and we need all the help we can get.
