• Career Learning Opportunities

Career-related learning experiences (CRLEs) are structured educational experiences that connect learning to the world beyond the classroom. Some examples of CRLEs are:

    • Guest speakers
    • Field trips
    • Job shadows
    • Mock and information interviews
    • Internship / clinicals
    • Service learning
    • Project-based learning
    • In-school enterprises

A more detailed explanation of CRLEs is located under the Career Learning Experiences tab and on our Get Ready! website.

We disseminate information about CRLE opportunities for PPS students through a variety of communication avenues: school bulletins and websites, school staff contacts (career coordinators, administrators, counselors, etc.) and Naviance.
