    Counting today, there are 4 remaining Wednesdays in the 2020-2021 school year. Each Wednesday--the 19th and the 26th of May and Wednesday the 2nd and 9th of June--staff will be available from 10am to 2pm for you can drop off library books or other items you need to return. THANK YOU!

    The finishing touches on the Pets Read image website are complete. Pets Read is LIVE. The "contest" will run from now until 'close of business' on June 2nd so we can tabulate the votes.

    Spring Break is a couple of short days away.

    Tim Elmer will be LIVE, ON-SITE AT MLC on Thursday--tomorrow!--for book bag distribution. (AND to take in RETURNS!)

    There is ALSO a good number of ORCA, Beverly Cleary Children's Choice Awards, and MLC I Can Read! books available for checkout. The link to the book bag order form is below.

    NOT TO MENTION...that we've started thinking about Pets Read and wanted to let you know that OF COURSE we'll have Pets Read! We are currently in the planning stages so please stay tuned for upcoming developments.

    BOOK BAGS UPDATE: Yes, you can get bags of books again! We apologize for not updating the website sooner. For the next couple of weeks, the Office Staff is in the building on Thursdays and can provide you with a bag of books from 10am to 2pm on a first come, first served basis. (Please pay attention to local news or PPS.NET for weather-related/other school building closure information.) Click here for our updated Let's Get Reading! FAQ document.
     
    Once Tim has the second COVID-19 vaccine on February 17th, look for more updates to follow. We're looking forward to seeing more of you starting the week of February 22nd.
