    The PPS Youth Transition Program, in collaboration with Community Services Network, DePaul Industries, Meadowlark and Easter Seals of Oregon, is pleased to host a Virtual Special Education & Transition Resource Fair on April 27 and 28 from 6-8 p.m. Participants will receive information and valuable resources from a variety of local community agencies that provide support and services for students while in high school and beyond. 

    This virtual fair is designed for students on the neurodiverse spectrum or who may have multiple/complex needs and for the families that support them, and will address the following areas:

    • Employment
    • Education
    • Financial Management (SSI/SSDI)
    • Mental Health
    • Supported Decision Making
    • 18-21 Year Transition Programs
    • Assistive Technology
    • Independent/Supported Living
    • Special Needs Planning
    • Plus so much more!
