    As some of you may know we have a new delivery system for sending documents to colleges this year. Maia Learning has replaced Naviance for PPS. Here are the main differences I want to make sure everyone is aware of:
     
    1. Recommenders are only able to upload one recommendation to Common App per student (one and done)
    2. Be sure to add a Common App Teacher Evaluation Form (It must accompany your letter)
     
    Explanation: Your letter should be generalized. If it will only be requested for one school then it can be personalized to a specific college or university. (Not recommended)
     
    The letters do have deadlines! Maia Learning and the counseling office do not send out additional reminders to complete your letters. When you receive your notification from Maia Learning that a student has requested a letter please be sure to save the notification and set yourself a reminder to complete the letter. If you don't have the time to complete a letter for a student simply let the student know so they can ask someone else.
