Welcome Peninsula Panther Students and Families!
We hope you’ve had a joyful and restful summer. We are excited to welcome both new and returning students and families to the 2025–2026 school year!
Last year, during the 2024–2025 school year, our incoming 5th graders, Site Council parents, and staff came together to reflect on who we are as a community. Together, we distilled our shared identity into seven core values that define us as Peninsula Panthers.
This year, we look forward to deepening this work by defining, sharing and celebrating these values with our broader community.
We are eager to learn, grow, and thrive alongside you once again. Please take note of the important dates below as we begin this exciting new year together.
Kindergarten Ramp-Up: Ramp Up to Kindergarten - PPS Ramp Up to K provides a welcoming, supportive introduction to school. Prior to the first day of Kindergarten, all incoming K students and families will receive:

A full-day, small-group practice day for their child, focused on orienting the students to Kindergarten staff, spaces, and
routines.Kinder teachers will be reaching out the week of the 25th to schedule a meet and greet and set up the full day of ramp-up for either the 28th or 29th.
