We are excited to announce the hiring of Shannon Lynch as the Head Volleyball Coach at Jefferson High School. Shannon is an employee of PPS and has a love and appreciation for the sport of volleyball.
Shannon Lynch - “Throughout my coaching career, I realized a common thread: the mental aspect of the game, along with forming strong coach-player relationships, are not only my favorite parts of coaching but also some of my strongest qualities. I prioritize having an athlete-driven program, one where players hold each other accountable and motivate each other.”

With experience coaching at the high school and club level, and most recently coaching collegiate volleyball at Willamette University, Shannon is thrilled to bring her diverse coaching background and expertise to Jefferson High School's Volleyball program. She is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and personal development among the student-athletes while ensuring a competitive edge for the team. She is excited to work within the Jefferson community while maintaining strong partnerships and developing hardworking student-athletes but also respectable young women to serve our community and world as outstanding citizens.
Please welcome Shannon Lynch, Head Volleyball Coach at Jefferson High School.
