Greetings to all Madison Parents, Students, and Staff,

What is the PTSA? - The P.T.S.A. are the Parents, Teachers, & Students associated with Madison High School. We are a non-profit organization committed to the strengthening of Madison and the building of our Community Network. We host monthly meetings to keep parents informed and devise plans for supporting our teachers, coaches, and staff to ensure that all Madison students can reach their full potential.

MADISON HIGH SCHOOL PTSA LEADERSHIP POSITIONS AVAILABLE

The Madison PTSA is in search of new leadership for the 2019-2020 school year! Most of our current board members have graduating seniors and we are looking for new parents or guardians to keep our PTSA operating and moving forward. There are a lot of changes coming to Madison over the next few years and we need a strong PTSA to advocate for our teachers and students during the transitions.

Being a PTSA Board member does not require a large time commitment and there are several positions to choose from.

It is essential that we fill the open positions to remain an active and accredited PTSA.

    AVAILABLE POSITIONS OVERVIEW:

PRESIDENT – Responsible for running the PTSA meetings, appointing special committees, and making sure our PTSA is in compliance with Oregon PTA rules and statues.

VICE PRESIDENT – Works on special projects and covers for the president when they are not available.

SECRETARY – Records the minutes at meetings and keeps a complete roster of members.

TREASURER – Keeps tracks of the PTSA finances and presents a financial statement at each general meeting.
