  • Forecasting Reminder:

    NEW UPDATE Good morning, Madison students!
    Did you miss Advisory last week (1/13)? 
    If so, you need to complete your Forecasting (selecting classes for the 2021-2022 school year). Below are the steps that you need to follow.  If you have questions, please reach out to your Counselor.
    Please plan to complete your Forecasting form (see links below) as soon as possible! Forms were due 1/16/21.
    Step 1: Click here to sign in to Student Vue to get your Unofficial Transcript
    Step 2: Enter your User Name and Password
    Step 3: Click on Course History on the menu, then click on Unofficial Transcript at the top of the screen.
    Step 4: The transcript will download and you can save it.
    Step 5: Review your transcript to see which courses you have already completed.
    Step 6: Click on the Forecasting Sheet for Next Year:
    Step 7: Complete the Forecasting Form and click submit.

  • SENIOR PHOTO DEADLINE, and Purchase your 2020-21 Yearbook!


    SENIORS:  We need your Senior Photos for the yearbook! 


    Senior Picture Upload Specs

    1. Please:

      1. Only pictures that were planned for your senior picture;

      2. No Selfies (we will not use it if you submit it!!!);

      3. If at all possible, have a professional or a friend that understands portrait photography take your pictures;

      4. Wear clothes that contrast well with the background;

      5. Avoid direct sunlight;

      6. If at all possible, no full body, standing pictures.  Seated is better. Hips to head is preferred.

    2. Image Type and Specs

      1. .jpg only

      2. Minimum of 5”x7” (larger is always better)

      3. Minimum of 300 dpi

    3. When ready to upload, please use the following link


    4. If there are multiple photos, the yearbook staff reserves the right to select the photograph that best fits our yearbook theme.

    5. The photo deadline is 2/17/21

    Due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday next week, and the Teacher Planning day the following week, Madison will have adjusted class schedules for the next two weeks.

    Welcome back to the final few weeks of our quarter. We know technology issues can still be a challenge, so just to remind you:

    • If you need tech support for login issues, the PPS Technology Help Desk operates from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on school days to provide support to parents, guardians, students and families about navigating school online. They will answer your questions and share information and helpful tips about our distance learning technology platforms, apps, internet connection and other important resources for your student. 
    • If you need to trade in a faulty chromebook, you can bring it to the Madison @ Marshall front door entry any school day between 11 am - 2 pm to receive another one.
