  • PSAT Schedule and Need-To-Knows - OCTOBER 16

    Attention Sophomore and Junior Families and Students-

    We will be administering the PSAT/NMSQT exam on Wednesday, October 16th, 2019.  All sophomores will be testing in the Lincoln High School gym unless they are approved to test with accommodations. Juniors will be testing at the Tiffany Center unless they are approved to test with accommodations.

    Juniors last name I-Z will test in the Crystal Room, on the 2nd Floor of the Tiffany Center

    Juniors last name A-H will test in the Emerald Room, on the 4th Floor of the Tiffany Center
    All students testing with accommodations will be testing at Lincoln High School. A letter and an email with the room information was sent home on October 9.
    In preparation, we encourage you to take time to review materials and study resources found at the College Board. Sophomores should have received a Student Guide from your English teacher. Juniors who haven't already can pick up a Student Guide in Room 104.

    Students must bring

    • An approved calculator for one of two math sections (see above for a list)
    • Two -  #2 sharpened pencils with eraser
    • Water Bottle 
    • A snack

    Students DO NOT bring: Leave these items in your locker at Lincoln

    • Backpacks
    • Cell phones 
    Tentative timeline for testing:

    Begin seating students - 8:00a

    Begin directions - 8:15a

    Section 1 – 9:00 – 10:00a 

    Break 1 – 10:00 – 10:05a

    Section 2 – 10:05 – 10:40a 

    Section 3 – 10:40 – 11:05a 

    Break 2 – 11:05 – 11:10a

    Section 4 – 11:10 – 11:55a  

    This schedule is specific to students completing the test without accommodations. Those students testing with accommodations may have a slightly modified schedule. Families were contacted directly with a more detailed schedule on October 9, 2019.

  • Volunteers needed on PSAT DAY

    Please sign up to help with the PSAT


    We need volunteers to cover 28 shifts, so please sign up if you are available.  It is imperative that people show up for their shifts.  If you sign up for a shift and need to cancel, please contact Cynthia Roberts at 503-916-6093 or email at ASAP, so we can find a replacement. 


    If you have a student taking the test, please sign up for a shift in a grade different from your student so you are not proctoring in the same location.




  • IB Exam Registration Now Open

    IB Test Registration is Now Open!

    If you are a current junior or senior eligible to test in your IB classes, test registration is now open! You have through October 20th to complete your registration.  As a reminder this registration link is for IB course candidates only. Full diploma juniors and seniors are registered automatically. 

    Please use the following LINK to register.  

    A copy of the IB Exam schedule can be found HERE. 

    Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation email with payment information.  Parents will also receive a parent confirmation form that must be completed to finalize registration.
