  • ACT Testing - Wednesday February 20th

    Juniors that have pre-registered will be taking the ACT on February 20th. This test is at no cost to students. Juniors will need to report to the Tiffany Center, located at 1410 SW Morrison Street (SW Morrison/SW 14th Ave., 3 blocks walk from Lincoln). Please report at 8:10am. The test should finish around 1pm. Once testing begins, no students can be seated. We encourage students to eat a good breakfast and be on time.

    You must bring your student ID with you to the test.
    You should also bring two #2 pencils with eraser (no mechanical pencils), and an approved calculator.
    We will be using two ballrooms at the Tiffany Center – one of the SECOND floor and one on the FOURTH floor. We will be seating you alphabetically by last name.

    Students with last name that begins with A-Hau will report to the FOURTH floor ballroom.

    Students with last name that begins with Hav-Z will report to the SECOND floor ballroom.

    Students need to report to the Tiffany Center at 8:00 AM and go immediately to the correct floor. For those of you who ride the school bus, please report as quickly as possible to the Tiffany Center once your bus arrives at Lincoln.

    What to bring:

    An ample supply of number 2 pencils with good erasers. We will have a limited number of pencils to lend so it is best to bring your own supplies.
    • An approved calculator. Although recommended to bring, you do not necessarily need one for the math section of the test. All problems can be worked without a calculator. Here is the link to the calculator policy from ACT: Again, we have a limited number of calculators to lend. Make sure your calculator is fully charged and think about bringing spare batteries if your calculator uses batteries.
    • Your student ID!

    What NOT to bring.These items will not be allowed in the testing room:

    • Food
    • Drink
    • Cellphones
    • Backpacks or bags. There is a coat closet that can be used to store some bags, but it is not large enough to store the bags of every student testing. Please leave your bags in your locker at Lincoln.

  • Alumni Art Show

    Exhibition: May 10 -22
    Celebration: Wednesday May 22 6-7:30pm 

    May 22 will be the last day of the Alumni Art Show and the opening of the Senior Art Show
    All Lincoln Alumni may submit up to 3 recently created artworks for inclusion in the show.
    Work will be selected by LHS Visual Art Faculty for exhibition.
    Guidelines: Artists complete Submission Form 
    Deadline for Submission: March 4th, 2019

    Artists may submit up to 3 pieces of recent artwork. 2D and 3D created within the last few years. All artwork must have a high resolution JPEG file for promotional purposes and be ready to hang with mat board or hanging hardware. Final selected pieces to arrive at school no later than May 7th and should be picked up at closing celebration on May 22nd.
