• Accessing Your Current W-2 on Employee Self Service

     

    ALL ACTIVE PPS EMPLOYEES

    2020 W2 Form Opt-out Exception:

    If you opted out of having a printed 2020 W2 copy mailed and are having challenges accessing the Employee Self Service Portal, please use your PPS email account to email a request to receive a printed copy to payroll@pps.net.  It could take up to 5 business days for PPS Payroll to mail out the reprinted copy.

     

    2020 W2 Reprint Due to An Address Change:

    If your address was not updated prior to January 10th, we suggest that you immediately file an address change request with the US Postal Service. Any W2’s returned will be automatically remailed once received by PPS. If you have not received a printed copy by February 14th you can email a W2 reprint request to payroll@pps.net. All address changes must be requested through hronline@pps.net, prior to requesting a W2 reprint from payroll. It could take up to 5 business days for PPS Payroll to mail out the reprinted copy.

     

    2012 through 2020 W2 Form

    All active PPS employees can access (and print) their 2012 through 2020 W2 form using the Employee Self Service portal through the PPS intranet.

    For access enter selfservice.pps.net into any browser address field, then select click the “Oracle Peoplesoft Sign-In” link.  Use your PPS network user name and password to log-in.

    Once on self-service portal follow this path:   Main Menu - Self Service – Payroll and Compensation - View W-2

     

    2011 W2 Form*

    A reprinted form may be ordered through the Payroll Office by emailing to payroll@pps.net or by mailing the request to PPS Payroll, P.O. Box 3107, Portland, OR 97208-3107.  All reprinted forms will be mailed to the address listed in our system.  Any updates to addresses must be requested through hronline@pps.net and should be completed prior to requesting a reprint.  It could take up to 10 business days for PPS Payroll to mail out a reprinted copy.

     

    W2 Forms prior to 2010

    All W2 forms prior to and including 2010 are no longer available through the Payroll Office. You can order a reprinted form through the w2copy.com website. There is a small fee for the service. You will need to register using company number: IX7021.  Please be aware that only years reflected in the w2copy database are available. You can also contact the IRS for copies of the form filed by the District, based on your social security number, which is normally supplied for free.
