Community Transition Program

  • Hello to all Community Transition Students and Families,

Our teachers have been working diligently to get google classrooms up and going. The CTP teachers are among some of the most dedicated educators we have ever worked with! They are always thinking of and missing all of their students!

We want to assure you that we are here to problem solve and work around issues that may come up for our students and families.

Please continue to reach out to your teachers, or any of the administrative staff if you have any questions or concerns going forward. We are here for you! We are all in this together!!
