    Dear Families and Students,

    Portland Public Schools is weighing the impacts of requiring all students 12 years and older to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

    On September 28, the PPS Board of Education heard from public health experts and pediatric doctors on the precedent and consequences of requiring COVID-19 vaccinations to attend school. We welcome you to watch the discussion here and read our staff report that highlights important areas within this topic. 

    As we continue to deliberate on this important decision, we want to hear from you -- our PPS families and students. Join us for one of three town halls to express your thoughts on the topic:
