Aram Ansell

This year marks Aram Ansell’s third year at Ida B. Wells, and his ninth in teaching. Originally, he applied to become a math teacher at Roosevelt, but after presenting “Example lessons that used JavaScript to teach…fibonacci sequences” in his interview, he ended up as the teacher of Roosevelt’s Technology class instead. Ansell graduated from University of Oregon and Oregon State University, and got his Master’s in Teaching from Concordia, a now dissolved school. In his free time, he likes to ski, snowboard and cook, especially for get-togethers and events. His favorite thing about IBW is the curiosity of his students.
