    TAG Night at OMSI!

    Monday, November 5th at 6 PM

    Admission to the museum is FREE for all TAG students and families ($5.00 entry per person to the King Tut exhibit)

    If you would like to nominate a student for TAG:

    1.     Fill out the parent portion of an Identification Process Form (print or take one from the bulletin board next to the front office)

    2.     Return the form to one of your student’s teachers (choose based on nomination category(ies) or area(s) of strength)

    3.     Forms are due by November 16, 2018

    4.     TAG Nomination Assessment will occur December 2018 - February 2019 (only applies if the student is nominated in the area of Intellectual)

    5.     Notification letters sent from PPS TAG Office by late spring 2019

     

    If you currently are/have a TAG student:

    Please fill out a K-8 Parent/Student Survey and return it to Marissa Goff’s mailbox in the front office. You should have received one via email; copies are also available on the bulletin board next to the front office. Completed forms will be shared with each teacher who works with that particular student.
